GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms

Child Support [SPSC]; Provides that an obligor may make child support payments directly to the obligee under certain circumstances. Clarifies when income deduction payments are required to be paid to the State Disbursement Unit. Authorizes the DOR to submit to the court a written declaration signed under penalty of perjury for the purpose of establishing an obligation for child support, etc.

Effective Date: 06/03/2010 except as otherwise provided
