Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Provides that program shall serve as incentive to recipients of awards to remain & work in state; requires student intent to work in state for receipt of initial award; requires repayment of award unless student receives credit for repayment by meeting employment obligation; specifies employment obligations & conditions for repayment; provides for deposit of moneys repaid & use of such moneys.
