SB 7030: Enforcement of Tolls

PROPOSED BILL by Transportation

Enforcement of Tolls; Clarifies the mailing method to be used in providing notice following the issuance of a citation for failure to pay a toll. Provides that receipt of the citation rather than its mailing constitutes notification. Authorizes any governmental entity, including the clerk of the court, to provide specified data to the HSMV regarding outstanding violations for failure to pay tolls, etc.
