PROPOSED BILL by Higher Education Appropriations
OGSR/Commission for Independent Education; Amends a provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for investigatory records held by the Commission for Independent Education and an exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings of a probable cause panel convened by the commission. Saves the exemptions from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Removes the scheduled repeal of the exemptions.
