PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
OGSR/Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services Board; Amends a provision relating to certain meetings of and records held by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services within the Department of Financial Services. Revises exemptions from public meetings requirements for meetings of the board at which licensure examination questions or answers are discussed and for meetings of the board's probable cause panel. Provides recordkeeping requirements for such meetings, etc.
