PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
OGSR/Hurricane Loss/Associated Exposure Data; Amends specified provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for reports of hurricane loss data and associated exposure data that are specific to a particular insurance company. Requires the Florida International University center to annually publish a report summarizing loss data and associated exposure data collected from residential property insurers and licensed rating and advisory organizations, etc.
