Deletion of Obsolete Florida Statutes Provisions; Repeals or deletes provisions relating to DOR-approved bidder lists & standard contracts relating to sales of electronic data processing programs or equipment, DOR monitoring of use of tax deductions & annual report on persons claiming such deductions, obsolete DOR disclosure provision, & obsolete waiver of electronic telefile reporting requirement.
