Assisted Reproductive Technology; Creates the "Florida Assisted Reproductive Technology Act." Conforms a cross-reference to changes made by the act. Corrects a cross-reference. Provides definitions. Provides general requirements that an assisted reproductive technology agency must follow. Requires an assisted reproductive technology agency to establish an escrow account for certain funds, etc.
