PROPOSED BILL by Ethics and Elections
OGSR/Voters/Voter Registration; Amends a specified provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for certain information regarding voters and voter registration and for signatures of voters and voter registration applicants. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Repeals a specified provision which provides for repeal of the exemption.
