PROPOSED BILL by Ethics and Elections
OGSR/Commission on Ethics/Ethics and Public Trust; Amends a specified provision relating to an exemption from the public records and public meetings requirements for complaints and related records in the custody of and proceedings conducted by the Commission on Ethics or a Commission on Ethics and Public Trust established by a county or municipality. Reorganizes provisions. Saves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, etc.
