Claims for Collections Due the State; Provides that each agency is responsible for exercising due diligence in securing payment for all accounts receivable & other claims due to state; creates requirements for agencies for purposes of reporting delinquent accounts receivable; requires agencies to report annually to Legislature & CFO on accounts receivable & other claims due to state, etc.
