Uniform Commercial Code [CPSC]; Revises & provides provisions of Florida Uniform Commercial Code relating to electronic documents of title, warehouse receipts, bills of lading, & other documents of title to conform to revised Article 7 of Uniform Commercial Code as prepared by National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
