Derelict Motor Vehicles and Mobile Homes [CPSC]; Revises provisions relating to an application for the removal of a lien from the files of the HSMV or from the certificate of title. Provides for the dealer or recycler to apply to the HSMV for a derelict motor vehicle certificate if the certificate of title, salvage certificate of title, or certificate of destruction is not available, etc.
