Murder/Unlawful Distribution of Methadone [SPSC]; Provides that murder in the first degree includes the unlawful killing of a human being which resulted from the unlawful distribution of methadone by a person aged 18 or older when such drug is proven to be the proximate cause of the death of the user, etc.
