Female Inmates Who Are Parents of Minor Children; Provides legislative findings & intent; requires DOC to collect certain information concerning children of female inmates; requires DOC to analyze institutional assignment of each female inmate who is parent & determine inmate's proximity to her minor child; provides an exception; requires DOC to consider female inmate's proximity to minor child when transferring inmate, etc.
