GENERAL BILL by Roads, Bridges, and Ports Policy Committee ; Evers

Traffic Offenses; Requires court to impose certain penalties for person who commits noncriminal traffic infraction that results in death or serious bodily injury; provides that victim of crash that causes death or serious bodily injury or victim's representative is entitled to certain rights regarding any judicial proceeding relating to such crash; requires state attorney to consult victim or victim's representative about disposition of any such case.
