Admissions Tax; Exempts from tax admission charges to educational events sponsored by public colleges, universities, & community colleges; deletes exemption for admissions to events sponsored by governmental entity, sports authority, or sports commission in convention hall, exhibition hall, auditorium, stadium, theater, arena, civic center, performing arts center, or publicly owned recreational facility.
