Transportation Corporations; Repeals Florida Transportation Corporation Act to remove provisions that provide for nonprofit corporations to act on behalf of DOT to secure & obtain rights-of-way for transportation systems & to assist in planning & design of such systems; removes provision for audits of such corporations by Auditor General to conform.
