Breast Cancer Early Detection and Treatment [SPSC]; Revises certain criteria of the breast cancer early detection and treatment referral program by requiring that the public education and outreach initiative and professional education programs use guidelines currently employed by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention rather than the United States Preventive Services Task Force.
