GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Criminal Justice ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson
Corrections [SPSC]; Revises criminal penalties pertaining to sexually transmissible diseases. Provides that a person who is detained in a state or private correctional facility may not commit any lewd or lascivious behavior or other sexual act in the presence of an employee whom the detainee knows or reasonably should know is an employee. Prohibits a probationer from possessing, carrying, or owning a firearm, etc.
