Local Government Revenue Interception; Creates "Florida Local Government Revenue Intercept Act"; authorizes local governments to authorize by resolution or ordinance DOR to intercept specified available revenues for specified purposes; specifies ordinance or resolution required provisions; requires local government to provide copy of ordinance or resolution to DOR & Division of Bond Finance of SBA, etc.
