Condominiums/Notice of Delinquency [CPSC]; Provides requirements for the collection of unit owner debts. Provides requirements for a notice of delinquency. Prohibits a condominium association from imposing certain penalties for delinquency during a notice period or while an objection made within such notice period is unresolved.
