Transient Rentals Tax/Room Remarketers [WPSC]; Defines terms. Requires a room remarketer to collect and remit taxes on the total rent charged to customers for the occupancy of a transient rental accommodation. Requires certain persons to report and remit the tax on certain transient rentals. Provides requirements, procedures, and limitations.
