Enforcement of Laws; Prohibits policies limiting enforcement of immigration laws; requires law enforcement officer making lawful contact with reasonable suspicion that person is unlawfully present to make reasonable attempt to determine person's immigration status; requires transfer of unlawfully present convicts to custody of U.S. upon discharge; prohibits trespassing by illegal aliens; prohibits smuggling of aliens, etc.
