SB 104: Misdemeanor Pretrial Substance Abuse Programs
GENERAL BILL by Ring
Misdemeanor Pretrial Substance Abuse Programs; Provides that a person who has previously been admitted to a pretrial program may qualify for a misdemeanor pretrial substance abuse program.
