Treatment of Stroke; Provides duties for AHCA with regard to statewide system for stroke response & treatment; requires agency to establish Stroke Task Force; provides duties of task force; requires primary & comprehensive stroke centers & certain medical facilities to report certain data regarding stroke patients to private, tier-one research university in this state & requires university to maintain reported data & compiled information & statistics in registry, etc.
