GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Ring ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alexander
Retirement; Requires employee and employer contributions to the retirement system by a certain date. Amends provisions relating to the membership class of elected officers. Provides for renewed membership in the retirement system for retirees who are reemployed after a certain date. Changes the name of the Public Employee Optional Retirement Program to the Florida Retirement System Investment Plan. Requires certain public employees employed on or after a certain date to enroll in the investment plan, etc.
