Surgical Technology; Provides legislative intent; provides requirements for training & certification for surgical technologist; provides for continuing education requirements; provides contracting, employment & supervision guidelines for health care facility employing certified surgical technologist; allows licensed practitioner to perform surgical technology as long as such practitioner is performing within his or her scope of practice, etc.
