Jurisdiction of the Courts; Authorizes service of process on Secretary of State if other representatives of corporation cannot be served; requires that process served on Secretary of State on behalf of defendant corporation be accompanied by fee & specified information; provides duties of Secretary of State concerning service of process; includes as additional basis for subjecting person to jurisdiction of courts of this state contract that designates law of this state as law governing & agreement to submit to this state's jurisdiction, etc.
