Drugs, Cosmetics, and Certain Devices; Requires DOH to notify applicant for prescription drug wholesale distributor permit or out-of-state prescription drug wholesale distributor permit of status of its permit application within specified period after receipt of all required documentation; deletes provisions relating to submission of bond or certain other security; revises permit application requirements to apply those requirements to all applicants & delete provisions specific to certain applicants.
