Criminal History Records; Designates act "Jim King Keep Florida Working Act"; authorizes court to seal or expunge criminal history record of person who had prior criminal history record sealed or expunged in certain circumstances; authorizes person to lawfully deny or fail to acknowledge arrests & subsequent dispositions of sealed or expunged record; provides that person may fail to recite or acknowledge sealed or expunged criminal history record on employment application without committing certain violations, etc.
