SB 1374: Black Business Loan Program

GENERAL BILL by Smith

Black Business Loan Program; Revises the recertification and audit periods for eligible recipients of the Black Business Loan Program. Authorizes existing recipients to submit certain information to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development instead of financial audits under certain circumstances. Authorizes recipients to redress audit findings within a specified period. Provides term of and revising requirements for funding agreements between recipients and the office. Revises the entities with whom the office must consult before adopting rules, etc.
