GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Hays

Repeal of Health Insurance Provisions; Repeals provisions relating to a requirement that the board of directors of the Florida Health Insurance Plan annually report to the Governor and the Legislature. Deletes a requirement that the Office of Insurance Regulation of the Department of Financial Services annually report to the Governor and the Legislature concerning the Small Employers Access Program.
