SB 1450: Class Size Requirements
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Class Size Requirements; Revises provisions relating to the amount of penalties calculated by the Department of Education when a school district fails to comply with the class size requirements. Prohibits the penalties from exceeding $1,000 per school in each district.
