SB 1560: Release/Addiction-recovery Supervision/Violations
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Release/Addiction-recovery Supervision/Violations; Authorizes the Parole Commission to order that a releasee who has violated the conditions of conditional release, control release, conditional medical release, or addiction-recovery supervision be placed into a state prison. Provides guidelines and time limits with respect to such placement.
