SB 1624: Outdoor Theaters
GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Outdoor Theaters; Repeals provisions relating to access to public roads from outdoor theaters. Removes provisions for entrances, exits, enclosures, vehicle storage, screen orientation, tower location, and driveway lighting. Removes requirements for a qualifying certificate to prove compliance with agency regulations prior to issuance of an occupational license by the tax collector.
