Ice Skating Rinks; Requires DOH to include in its environmental health program testing of air in enclosed ice skating rinks; authorizes department to adopt rules relating to air quality standards, monitoring, testing, recordkeeping, maintenance & operation of equipment that affects air quality, assessment of fees, enforcement, & penalties; authorizes department to enter & inspect enclosed ice skating rink at reasonable hours to determine compliance; authorizes department to impose fine.
