GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Tour-guide Services; Provides that the regulation of tour-guide services in this state is solely the responsibility of the respective counties. Revises definitions, to conform. Deletes references to tour-guide services in provisions relating to the certification of businesses. Deletes references to tour-guide services in provisions relating to violations. Deletes references to tour-guide services in provisions relating to criminal penalties.
