GENERAL BILL by Hays
Collective Bargaining; Authorizes employees who are members of a labor organization to decertify the labor organization or its certified bargaining agent. Requires labor organizations to provide specified notice. Provides members of a labor organization with access to the organization's accounting information. Requires labor organizations to provide specified notice. Provides for enforcement. Provides for the award of damages, injunctive relief, and civil penalties.
