GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz
Ad Valorem Taxation; Reduces the amount that any change in the value of certain real property resulting from an annual reassessment may exceed the assessed value of the property for the prior year under specified circumstances. Provides a first-time Florida homesteader with an additional homestead exemption. Requires the Legislature to appropriate funds to fiscally constrained counties to offset reductions in ad valorem tax revenue as the result of the implementation of certain proposed revisions to the State Constitution, etc. APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate
