GENERAL BILL by Margolis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs
Weapons or Firearms; Prohibits possession of any firearm, electric weapon, or other specified device on property operated by a school district. Provides criminal penalties. Amends and reenacts provisions relating to prohibited acts. Clarifies that provisions prohibiting restrictions on firearms possession do not apply to restrictions on possession on property owned or operated by a school district. Bans the possession, sale, transfer, or manufacture of high-capacity ammunition feeding devices. Provides exceptions, etc.
