GENERAL BILL by Wise
Department of Health; Requires the addition of severe combined immunodeficiency disease to the list of disorders for which newborn infants are screened by the Division of Children's Medical Services Network of the department. Requires the department to bill third-party payors for certain newborn screening tests.
