Estate, Inheritance, and Other Death Taxes; Creates statute imposing retaliatory tax on property of nonresident decedent when nonresident's state of domicile imposes estate, inheritance, or other death taxes upon resident of this state; provides short title; provides definitions; provides limitation; specifies tax rate criteria; provides tax payment requirements; provides application.
Effective Date: July 1, 2011, and shall apply to nonresidents who die after June 30, 2011
