GENERAL BILL by Evers
Permitting of Consumptive Uses of Water; Prohibits the governing board of a water management district or the Department of Environmental Protection from requiring a county or municipality to adopt any resolution or ordinance or require review or approval of the resolution or ordinance as a condition for a permit. Limits the requests for additional information by a district or the department after initial notification of an error or omission in a permit application, etc.
