GENERAL BILL by Evers

Corrections; Cites this act as the "Prison Reform and Recidivism Act" or as the "Don't Come Back Act." Provides for an alternative to adjudication for alleged adult nonviolent offenders meeting specified requirements. Provides requirements for alternative adjudication programs. Provides for an offender receiving a high school diploma or the equivalent. Requires successful completion of a basic training course. Provides for job skills training. Provides for earning money for victim restitution. Provides requirements for restitution payments, etc.
