Public Health; Creates the Expedited Partner Therapy Pilot Project in Duval and Gadsden Counties. Provides an exemption from specified rules and statutory requirements for the pilot program. Provides for training of physicians and patient education. Requires the pilot project to be funded by existing revenues. Provides for use of funds.
