SB 2034: Medicaid Managed Care
GENERAL BILL by Braynon
Medicaid Managed Care; Creates the "Independence at Home Act." Directs the Agency for Health Care Administration to establish an Independence at Home Chronic Care Coordination Pilot Project. Provides for Independence at Home programs within the pilot project. Provides for implementation and independent evaluation of the pilot project. Provides eligibility criteria for participation. Provides terms and conditions of agreements between the agency and Independence at Home organizations. Requires mandatory minimum savings and for computation thereof, etc.
