GENERAL BILL by Braynon

Medical Practice; Deletes certain requirements for the supervision of certain advanced registered nurse practitioners and physician assistants at medical offices other than the primary practice location of a physician or osteopathic physician. Deletes requirements for disclosure of certain information to, and for the initial examination of, a patient upon referral by another practitioner.
