CS/SB 2050: Destination Resorts
GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Tourism ; Braynon
Destination Resorts; Creates the Destination Resort Commission within the Department of Revenue. Exempts the Destination Resort Commission from specified provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act. Creates the Destination Resort Act. Provides that the Destination Resort Commission is a separate budget entity from the Department of Revenue. Provides for the appointment and qualifications of members of the commission. Provides for the selection of the chair and vice chair of the commission. Provides that the chair is the administrative head of the commission, etc.
