SB 2114: Juvenile Justice
GENERAL BILL by Budget
Juvenile Justice; Revises provisions concerning active control over a child committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice. Prohibits a court from committing certain youth at a restrictiveness level other than minimum-risk nonresidential. Authorizes a court to commit certain youth to a low-risk or moderate-risk residential placement. Limits transfers of certain youth, etc.
